12:14am: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on 220th Street near Orchard Avenue. Madison Eischeid 21 of Manning struck a deer with a 2005 Lexus 330 causing an estimated 5,000 dollars damage.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
