Whether you’ve worked from home in the past or not, adapting to the COVID-19 pandemic might have been difficult.

Dallas County employees have made some changes to their “normal” work life due to the coronavirus pandemic. Dallas County Supervisor Mark Hanson says they have done a good job adapting to the changing conditions by filling in for people who are sick and making sure all the necessary jobs get done.

“I can’t tell you how proud, not only I am, but the other members of the Board of Supervisors are of our county employees and our staff leadership. I think I’d be remiss if I didn’t point out Beth with our human resources department and you know they are the ones on the front line dealing with employees that have issues with families and trying to provide the leave as appropriate but still work with the department heads to make sure our staffing was there ”

Hanson says he hopes that 2021 isn’t as challenging as 2020 has been.
