A research-based competition for 7th through 12th graders is open for registration.
The AgOvation Program, with ISU Extension and Outreach, challenges participants to develop innovative science-based solutions to agriculture-related problems in their communities. The students work in teams of two to five to develop a project and create a presentation.
The top three teams are awarded scholarships for post-secondary education and the deadline to register is January 29th. The final event will take place in August 2021 where teams will present their final solutions to a panel of judges at the Iowa State Fair.
Interested members are encouraged to contact the Dallas County Extension Office at 515-993-4281 and you can register a team by going here.
