The remodel for Casey’s General Store in Stuart is progressing along, and the store looks to remain on schedule to open back up in mid-January.

Stuart Mayor Dick Cook is excited for the remodel to finish up.

“It’ll be a big plus to the town, especially that they have parking for overnight semis on the north and that used to be an old gas station and a restaurant and now it’s all totally cemented.”

Casey’s Communications Director Katie Petru tells Raccoon Valley Radio that they are proud to call Stuart home and look forward to welcoming the community to this fantastic new store.
