When it comes time for Christmas Eve the hopes are the sounds of bells will be ringing throughout Perry. 

Perry Chamber Director Lynsi Pasutti says their Christmas Eve Jingle event is planned for 6 p.m. Thursday, and you will be able to hear bells ringing all through the community. 

“It’s just going to be a fun thing kind of again to spread holiday spirit, spread joy as far as a community event that we can do without actually gathering. Hopefully, we can hear bells from all across the community regardless of where you are stepping out 6 o’clock Christmas Eve. So, just a fun thing to do this year.”

Pasutti says if you don’t have a bell to ring you can stop into local stores and pick some up.
