The City of Panora has issued a boil advisory.

In the early hours, this morning the City of Panora had an 8-inch water main break that resulted in a loss of pressure to the water system. The repairs have been made but all water customers are under a boil advisory until bacteria samples can be obtained over the next few days. 

This means water should not be used for drinking or cooking without being boiled first. Water should be boiled for one to two minutes before consumption. A notice will be posted when the advisory has been lifted.
