A Jefferson woman faces multiple drug charges from an incident in Dallas County.

According to the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office, 30-year-old Farrah Sue Acosta was arrested early Saturday morning and was charged with a Class B Felony for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, a Class D Felony for failure to affix a drug tax stamp, and misdemeanors for unlawful possession of prescription drugs, driving while barred – habitual offender, possession of drug paraphernalia and a violation of financial liability coverage. 

She was booked into the Dallas County Jail, where she is currently being held without bond. Raccoon Valley Radio will bring you more information as it becomes official.
