With Christmas coming up, it’s important to be aware of building closures and other changes due to the holiday. 

For Perry residents, all city offices will be closed on Christmas Day. The McCreary Community Building will be closed on Christmas Eve Day and Christmas Day, but members 18 and older can still use the 24-hour fitness room. The Perry Public Library will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Christmas Eve Day and will remain closed until Monday, December 28th. Garbage routes in Perry will be adjusted. Thursday’s routes will be picked up on Wednesday and Friday’s routes will be done on Thursday. 

For Adel residents, the Adel Public Library and City Hall will be closed on Christmas Eve Day and Christmas Day. Additionally, the Dallas County Courthouse will be closed Christmas Eve Day and Christmas Day.
