West Central Valley Wildcats boys and girls basketball will have another game in the West Central Activities Conference, when they take on Pleasantville in a road game that should be a tough challenge for both sides. On the girls side, the Wildcats enter with a 2-4 record and a four game losing streak, while Pleasantville comes in with a 2-4 record as well. This is a game that is expected to be very evenly matched, and the Wildcats will have to take care of the basketball as well as look for leading scorer in junior Madelyn Jaeger quite a bit as well.
On the boys side, the Wildcats come in with a 1-5 record and a tough loss early in the week to Paton – Churdan, where the Wildcats lead going into the fourth quarter but unfortunately weren’t able to keep the lead. Pleasantville comes in with a 2-1 record on the season, and is expected to be a tough match for the Wildcats tonight.
This is the first of back-to-back nights of games for the Wildcats and will hope to see some wins tonight. The girls game will start at 6 o’clock with the boys to follow.
