Mickey J. Belieu, age 27, 6116 Dean R. SW, Cedar Rapids, was arrested on a warrant for Theft 2nd Degree.
Danielle Olson, Bouton, was traveling in the 22800 block of Hwy 44 when she hit a deer. Damage was estimated at $5000 and the vehicle was towed from the scene. There were no injuries reported.
Brendan R. James, Age 20, Bouton, was arrested for Harassment – 2nd Degree.
