COVID-19 cases continue to gain momentum in the Raccoon Valley Radio-listening area.

According to the State Coronavirus Dashboard, as of Wednesday, Dallas County has 6,911 positive cases, 4,915 recoveries and 58 deaths. Dallas County has a 16% 14-day average positivity rate. 

Guthrie County has 822 positive cases, 571 recoveries and 22 deaths. Guthrie County has a 16% 14-day average positivity rate. Adair County has 491 positive cases, 311 recoveries and 15 deaths. Adair County has a 15% 14-day average positivity rate. 

According to Greene County Public Health, Greene County has 590 positive cases, 363 recoveries and three deaths. Greene County has a 11.3% 14-day average positivity rate. 

As of Wednesday, Statewide, there are 268,958 positive cases, 173,437 recoveries and 2,919 deaths. The State has a 15.8% 14-day average positivity rate. 

Additionally, in Region 1 of the Regional Medical Coordination Centers hospital Data – which includes all of the Raccoon Valley Radio listening area – there are currently 226 hospitalized patients, 49 in intensive care units and 36 admitted in the last 24 hours.
