Both ADM Tigers boys and girls basketball teams knew coming into their current season that they were replacing a lot of key production from last year’s team, and so far both have seen good stretches but are still looking for that complete game.

Tigers teams have been able to play good individual quarters on both the offensive and defensive ends of the court, and often have played hard for 32 minutes, but execution is where you would expect for many high school teams in the month of December. Both teams are coming off of losses on Tuesday night to Gilbert where players and coaches know that their teams have the ability to play better, and know that execution must be sharp night in and night out to be competitive in the Raccoon River Conference.

The key for both teams is finding players to score the basketball at a high rate, with the hope that no one is scared to take a shot when they are open, but also make sure they don’t play hero basketball either.

ADM girls will take on a top 10 team in Bondurant tomorrow, while the boys will be looking looking for win number one against the Bluejays.
