Thursday, December 3rd
7:21am: A deputy investigated a parking complaint in the 200 block of Anyer Street, Dana.
10:40am: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 500 block of West Main Street, Grand Junction.
5:40pm: A deputy investigated a car deer accident in the 1500 block of Q Avenue. Kristi Holz 62 of Jefferson struck a deer with a 2009 Chevrolet Traverse causing an estimated 5,000 dollars damage.
6:29pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 900 block of Linn Street, Scranton.
Friday, December 4th
7:42am: A deputy and Paton Fire responded to a residential fire in the 400 block of Easton Paton Street in Paton.
8:27am: A deputy removed an animal from the roadway in the 1200 block of 220th Street.
10:09am: A deputy investigated an abandoned 911 call in the 1200 block of 230th Street.
3:18pm: A deputy and Greene County Ambulance responded to welfare check in the 1500 block of 235th Street.
6:48pm: Marcia Kay Lowe (57) of Yale, IA, was booked into the Greene County Jail for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Controlled Substance: Marijuana 3rd or Subsequent Offense, Possession of Controlled Substance: Methamphetamine 3rd or Subsequent Offense.
Saturday, December 5th
3:14am: Ronald Leroy Smidt (49) of Des Moines, IA, was booked into the Greene County Jail for Violation of Parole on a warrant out of Polk County.
8:19am: A deputy and Greene County Ambulance assisted Carroll County with an accident in the 400 block of Zephyr Avenue.
11:08am: A deputy assisted with an eluding vehicle originating from Calhoun County. The driver was later apprehended in Webster County.
12:00pm: Keegan Wayne Williams (24) of Jefferson, IA, was booked into the Greene County Jail for Criminal Mischief 4th Degree and Interference with Official Acts.
3:31pm: A deputy investigated an erratic driver complaint in the 1600 block of U Avenue.
9:38pm: A deputy investigated a careless driving complaint in Scranton.
10:19pm: A deputy assisted the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office with a burglary call.
Sunday, December 6th
5:41am: A deputy investigated a single vehicle roll over accident in 200 block of 240th Street. Samantha Isabel MenJivar (19) of Coon Rapids, was traveling west on 240th Street when a deer had run out in front of her and she lost control of her 2013 Ford Edge. The vehicle rolled one time back onto its tires. The vehicle suffered officer’s estimation of $20,000 of damage. Greene County Ambulance and Scranton Fire were on scene. The driver was transported to the Greene County Medical Center for possible injuries. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
10:12am: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 900 block of Hager Street East in Grand Junction.
11:19am: A deputy investigated a burglary complaint in the 400 block of 15th Street South in Grand Junction.
6:16pm: A deputy removed an animal from the roadway of the 1900 block of 210th Street.
8:38pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a domestic disturbance call in the 600 block of West South Street.
Monday, December 7th
1:10pm: Angel Vaughan 37 of Marshall Town was booked into the jail for possession of a controlled substance 1st offense, operating while under the influence 1st offense, and Eluding.
5:16pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of a person laying in the roadway on Main Street in Grand Junction.
9:45pm: Shawn Knudson 29 of Coon Rapids was booked into the jail for a Boone County arrest warrant for failure to appear.
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
