The Adel City Council will consider the approval of a preliminary plat for Southbridge Plat 4 Rezoning at their regular meeting tonight.

The Council will also consider approving a construction contract and bond for water system improvements, amending the codes of ordinances for the City of Adel, and possible action on moving several two-hour parking signs on Court Street. 

Additionally, the Council will consider for approval ordering construction of the water system improvements 2020, high service pump building, and fixing a date for hearing Thereon and taking bids. There will also be the annual review of the City Administrator. 

The meeting will start at 6 p.m. today and is being held virtual-only.
