The KDLS Raccoon Valley Radio Station in Perry will host a very special guest, and familiar voice,  tomorrow. 

Van Harden, who began his radio career at KDLS in Perry, will be retiring on January 8th after more than 50 years in the industry. Raccoon Valley Radio General Manager John McGee is excited for the opportunity to host Harden.

“Most people know that he has been a very very successful broadcaster and a great advocate for Iowa and a great advocate for our community and radio in general and he approached us and wanted to know if we would be interested in hosting one of his shows right from where it all started.”
