Accident:
Vehicle 1: Gray 2015 Lincoln registered and driven by Joyce Arlene Pitsenbarger, 21081 Filmore Ave, Perry.
Vehicle 2:
Legally parked 2015 Hyundai Elantra registered to Amanda Renaee Stewart, 2115 1st Ave, Perry.
Vehicle 2 was parked and the driver was sitting in the vehicle. Vehicle 1 was pulling into the parking spot next to vehicle 2 and turned too soon sideswiping vehicle 2. Minor damage to both vehicles. Total estimated damages $1,600.
Officers responded to the 1200 block of 2nd Street on a theft report.
A 16-year-old male from Perry was taken into custody and charged with theft 4th degree.
