A reminder for Greene County and surrounding residents can enjoy the holiday season with a live nativity scene in Paton.

The First Presbyterian Church in Paton is hosting a Drive-In Live Nativity event tomorrow from 1-2pm. People can watch the live depiction of the religious scene of Jesus Christ’s birthday from their vehicle to ensure proper social distancing. During the free event, attendees are encouraged to donate a new, unwrapped toy to be donated to the Beauty Amidst the Ashes in Newell, Iowa, which is an organization that focuses on awareness and education about adoption. 

Toy donations are accepted at any of the Presbyterian churches in Grand Junction, Paton and Jefferson. Donations can be made through tomorrow.
