A Memorial service will be held in the spring of 2021 for Violet Vaughn, 93, of Carlisle, formerly of Jefferson.  Slininger Schroeder Funeral Home in Jefferson is assisting the family.  Survivors include:  Sons, Dan Miers of Carlisle and Randy Miers of Rochester, Minnesota.  Step children, Gary Vaughn of Boone, Karen Jahn of Longmont, Colorado and Debra Geisler of Ankeny.  17 grandchildren and many great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.  Sisters, Audrey Larsh of Las Vegas, Nevada and Alyce Lane of Lake View.
