The holiday spirit has been getting brighter in downtown Jefferson and will continue to do so until Christmas.

The Bell Tower Community Foundation is sponsoring Tower Tunes Live on the Mahanay Memorial Carillon Tower every Thursday evening from 5:15-5:30pm and Sunday afternoon from 12:15-12:30pm. Each performance features a local musician, including: Michelle Fields, Rick Morain, Wendy VanderLinden, Rhena Lane, Danille Curtis, Pat Richards, and Yvette Bardole. Some of the bells were recently repaired after sustaining damage during a lightning strike, and now all of the 48-bells are operating once again.

Tower Tunes Live is free and attendees are encouraged to listen to each concert from either the comfort of their vehicle or anywhere around the downtown square. The concerts end December 20th.
