10:57am: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on 230th Street near S Avenue.

1:04pm: A deputy investigated a trespass complaint on 220th Street near E Avenue.

6:26pm: A deputy conducted tobacco compliance checks around the county. Fareway and HyVee were cited for selling tobacco to a minor.

11:09pm: A deputy investigated an alarm in the 500 block of D Avenue.

Wednesday, November 18th

12:38am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a possible burglary in the 200 block of North Oak Street.

5:11am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a complaint of fireworks in Jefferson.

7:25am: A deputy removed a deer from the roadway on D Avenue near 130th Street.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
