The Dallas County Board of Supervisors held a public hearing on several tax increment financing and urban renewal ordinances during their regular meeting Tuesday.
The Supervisors approved the first reading of a resolution to repeal chapters 51, 53, 54, 55, and 60 of TIF and urban renewal ordinances. The Supervisors will review the second reading with the intent to waive the third reading next week. The Supervisors then approved a 28E law enforcement agreement with the City of Dexter. Finally, the Supervisors went into a closed session to discuss pending litigation.
