The Greene County School Board will elect officers for the current school year at their regular monthly meeting tomorrow night.
The meeting will begin with the retiring board’s agenda. The Board will hear a construction update of the new high school and middle school conversion projects, discuss the former middle school property, and the District’s COVID-19 response. The Board will then consider for approval the voluntary early retirement policy, the School Board Review Committee’s proposals for the open enrollment out students that were not included on the previous count and English Language Learners weighting beyond five years request. Additionally, the Board will consider approving construction change orders, physical education waivers, early graduation requests, as well as fundraising requests. The meeting will end in a closed session for a superintendent evaluation.
