The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on several tax increment financing and urban renewal ordinances during their regular meeting Tuesday.
After the public hearing, the Supervisors will review a related resolution to appeal chapters 51, 53, 54, 55, and 60 of TIF and urban renewal ordinances. Then the Supervisors will discuss and possibly take action on a 28E law enforcement agreement with the City of Dexter. Finally, the Supervisors will go into closed session to discuss pending litigation.
The meeting will start at 9 a.m. Tuesday in the Board of Supervisors room in Adel.
