A Scranton man recently won a $10,000 prize from an Iowa Lottery scratch game.
According to the Iowa Lottery, Dillan Bates won the $10,000 prize from the Lottery’s “Holiday Wishes” scratch game. Bates purchased the winning tickets at the Casey’s General Store in Scranton. The scratch game features 13 top prizes of $25,000.
Since the Lottery started in 1985, more than $4.6 billion prizes won by players, which has raised more than $2 billion for state programs.
