Two ADM cross country runners were able to make the iowarunjumpthrow.com all state selections, with one the boys team and one on the girls team.

Senior Nate Mueller was able to make both the 3A team and the boys ELITE all state team as well. This is the fourth time that he has made the 3A team and the second time that he has made it to the ELITE team.

ADM sophomore runner Geneva Timmerman was represented on the girls side, making it the first time that she has been able to make the all state team.

Both of these runners were able to get the recognition that they deserved, and congratulations to both. The All-Academic teams are expected to come out soon, and ADM is expecting to have athletes on that list as well.
