Graveside funeral services for Zola Summerson, 93, of Perry, with masks and social distancing will be held at the Dallas Township Cemetery in Dawson at 11:00 am on November 27, 2020. Live streaming of the service is available hastings.com. A Celebration of Life for extended family and friends will take place in the summer of 2021 when the family can safely gather outdoors.  Memorials may be directed to Hastings Funeral Home, Perry, Iowa for the family to distribute to Zola’s favorite charities.

Survivors include:  Daughters, Kathy Book of Estero, Florida and Nancy Pape of Perry.  4 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.  Brothers, George Van Cleave of Guthrie Center, Joe Van Cleave of Fort Collins, Colorado and Don Van Cleave of Cheyenne, Wyoming.
