The Stuart City Council will consider amending their snow ordinance during their regular meeting Monday.
The Council will also hold a joint discussion with the Utility Board regarding Project Restore Foundation utility revolving loan fund delinquency, consider a 28E agreement for mutual assistance for Dallas County area fire and rescue services, and set a public hearing date for the City comprehensive plan. Next, the Council will set a public hearing date for a utility water improvement project, consider a pay estimate for the sanitary sewer system lining project, and review the fiscal year 2020 financial and urban renewal reports. Finally, the Council will consider a joint agreement with Adair County for an urban renewal plan, consider an agreement to install a sidewalk near Casey’s General Store, consider a site plan approval for Kinzie Tire, and consider action on nuisance code enforcement.
