ADM Tiger athletics got a rare off week this upcoming week with all of their fall sports officially in the books, and with none of the winter sports to begin their practices until next week.

On the boys side, the first days of wrestling and basketball practice will get started on November 16th, with the first competitions to begin in late November and into early December. Girls basketball will get rolling a week before on November 9th, as they will have a couple of games before Thanksgiving with Van Meter on the road and Norwalk at home.

Athletes right now are still putting in the time to make sure that they are staying in shape for their respective sports season, with participation very high right now.

Athletes will be looking forward to an exciting winter sports season, where ADM will look to have good teams on the basketball court and the wrestling mat.
