Hundreds of Ghouls, Ghosts, and Monsters filled downtown Perry for the annual Spooktacular Downtown Trick-or-Treat walk Friday evening.
Nearly three-dozen businesses set up shop and handed out candy as kids had the opportunity to begin their Beggar’s Night in a safe and socially distant environment. In addition to the family-friendly environment, organizers expanded the street closures to include Willis Avenue from 1st to 3rd Street and 2nd Street from Otley to Pattee Street. Masks were also required for participating businesses and were strongly encouraged for attendees. The Raccoon Valley Radio Big Red Radio was also in attendance, providing a spooky soundtrack for the festivities.
