6:58pm: Mihles Exline reported possible Criminal Mischief to the Bank ATM at 116 West State Street. The officer found the ATM to fine and passed the information to the bank.

6:52pm: Kaleb Silbaugh requested a Welfare Check on a male friend, who was refusing to get out of Silbaugh’s vehicle in the 100 Block of West State Street. The officer coaxed the male out of the vehicle and transported him to ER for an evaluation from a medical doctor.

7:11pm: Nellie Gustin reported people with flashlights attempting to get into a vacant residence in the 400 Block of North Maple Street. The officer was busy with the previous entry and did not immediately respond. When he arrived at the reported residence at about 1945 hrs, he found all windows and doors to be secure and no one was in the area.

8:37pm: Ted Semke reported an Abandoned Bicycle in the 1200 Block of South Grimmell Road. The officer placed the bike in the Impound Lot.
