
Wednesday, October 28th
12:35am: A deputy investigated a single vehicle accident on A Avenue near 1st Street in Ralston. Erika Pena-Baltazar 29 of Glidden lost control of her vehicle while crossing the railroad tracks while the crossing arm were coming down. Erika was driving a 2010 Toyota Sienna that had a estimated 6,000 dollars damage to it. Erika was cited for no valid driver’s license, failure to maintain control, failure to properly stop at a railroad crossing and leaving the scene of an accident. Nobody was injured in the accident.
2:16am: A deputy investigated a suspicious vehicle on D Avenue near 235th Street.
5:06pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 800 block of Lincoln Street, Scranton.
6:04pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 700 block of Bell Street, Churdan.
8:43pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious vehicle in the 1000 block of Irving Street, Scranton.
10:11pm: A deputy investigated a small fire on O Avenue near 120th Street. There was a fence post that was on fire and was extinguished by the deputy.
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
