ADM boys cross country team has been one that has continued to improve throughout the entire season, and are now ranked tenth in the latest iowarunjumpthrow.com rankings. They were able to move up three spots from their position last week, as the Tigers were able to come in strong with their second place performance in districts down in Winterset.

The Tigers have been able to really count on their main runners this year including Ethan Juergens, Nate Mueller, Cooper Greenslade, Nathan Royer, Jacob Crystal, Quinton Kimrey, and Alex Dvorak. All seven of these runners have been able to put up some great times this year and help keep the Tigers competitive race in and race out to form a solid crew.

These runners in the state race tomorrow will be focused on different game plans, but certain runners will be looking to run in pairs to help them run a pace that can hopefully help them achieve a good time.

Tomorrows race will be happening at 4:00 for the boys and 3:30 for the girls from Kennedy Park in Fort Dodge.
