While Dallas County has officially surpassed 3,500 COVID-19 cases, totals in Perry have decreased over the last couple of weeks.

According to the Dallas County Dashboard as of Wednesday, the 50220 zip code, which includes Perry, has 17 active COVID-19 cases. That mark was as high as 38 on October 13th. The 50003 zip code, which includes the Adel area, has remained steady with 33 active cases compared to 34 on October 13th. As a whole, Dallas County has 727 active cases and 44 deaths.
