ADM Tigers Cross Country girls coach Steve Brown and boys coach Josh Chapman will be back on the Dallas County PM sports page tonight to talk about their runners success in the district race and what they can expect in the state race as well.

The boys team was able to make it to state as a team after finishing in the top 3 in their district race. Nate Mueller was also once again able to win another district crown, showing dominance in the race as well.

Geneva Timmerman was able to qualify individually as she also was able to take first in her district race as well.

Both of these coaches will be discussing those performances, what makes their runners so good, and keys to a good race as well on Friday.
