Guthrie County reported one new COVID-19 related death as the State reported more than 1,000 new positive COVID-19 cases Thursday.
According to the State Dashboard Friday, Dallas County has 67 new cases since Wednesday increasing their total to 3,396, ninth-most in the State. There have been 2,755 recoveries and 44 deaths. Dallas County has a 7.7% 14-day positivity rate. Greene County reported two new cases since Wednesday, increasing their total to 182. They’re also reporting 102 recoveries and zero deaths. Greene County is at a 6.8% 14-day positive average.
According to the Guthrie and Adair County Dashboard Friday, Guthrie County reported one new death increasing their total to 15. Overall, Guthrie County has 377 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 239 recoveries. Guthrie County has a 10.2%,14-day positivity average. Adair County has eight new case since Wednesday, increasing their total to 152 with 69 recoveries and one death. Adair County has an 11.6% 14-day positivity rate.
Statewide, there are a total of 112,917 cases, with 86,630 recoveries and 1,620 deaths. Of the 925,881 people that have been tested, 811,314 were negative, a 12.2% positivity rate.
Additionally, in Region 1 of the Regional Medical Coordination Centers Hospital Data – which includes all of the Raccoon Valley Radio listening area – there are currently 115 hospitalized patients, 21 in Intensive Care Units, and 18 admitted in the last 24 hours.
