Volleyball playoffs are finally here, and for the West Central Valley Wildcats volleyball team, they will be looking to keep their season tonight when they take a road trip to Tri – Center for Class 2A – region 3 action. The Wildcats are coming in with one of their finest seasons in a few years, with 13 wins so far on the season, and believe that they have a good chance to make that 14 tonight.
Tri Center also had 14 wins on the season along with 14 losses, but was very good in their conference this year, as they were able to finish in the Western Iowa Conference with a 6-2 record. These two schools faced off in a tournament in Clarinda back in September, with Tri-Center winning the match by the score of 2 sets to 1.
The Wildcats will have to be sharp tonight to pull of the win and keep their season alive. First serve from Tri-Center will be happening at 7 p.m. tonight.
