After winning the Little Hawkeye Conference regular season title, Cheryl Voelker’s Dallas Center-Grimes Volleyball team will look to once again claim a title in the Little Hawkeye Conference Tournament being held at Indianola High School.

The Fillies are riding a huge wave of confidence and should feel like they have a legitimate opportunity to return to Grimes with hardware following tomorrow’s tournament.

Following tomorrow’s showdown in Indianola, the DC-G Spikers will turn their focus towards a postseason run with Regional Tournament action beginning on Tuesday, October 20.

In 2019, the Fillies were just one win shy of qualifying for the State Volleyball Tournament in Cedar Rapids, as DC-G fell on the road in a 5-set thriller at Waverly-Shell Rock.

Tomorrow’s LHC Conference Tournament is set to begin with quarterfinal action at 4:30pm in Indianola.
