The Stuart City Council adjourned in less than an hour after approving several items during their regular meeting Monday.
The Council approved a resolution providing an escrow agreement for a bond purchase agreement, set a public hearing date for November 9th for the City’s comprehensive plan, approved the sale of vacated street right of way between Southwest 7th and 8th streets, and approved a site plan approval from Karl Chevrolet for expansion. They also approved the 11th pay estimate of about $55,792 to Concrete Technologies, Inc. for the All Saints Addition, and approved electric distribution project invoices and a stop sign resolution for the project. Finally, the Council approved the annual employee health insurance rate increase of $57.42 per month per employee.
