A Guthrie Center woman’s deferred judgment was recently revoked after violating her probation.

Court documents show that 21-year-old Payton Allyssa Hill is now convicted of forgery, a class D felony, and she was given a suspended five-year prison sentence to serve two years of probation. The sentence will run concurrently to one year of probation for assault causing bodily injury, a serious misdemeanor, for an offense that occurred on June 14th. Hill must pay $1,000 in fines with a 15% surcharge, and restitution. She was originally given a deferred judgment to serve two years probation for depositing false checks and blank envelopes in May of 2019. Hill is also charged for eluding, a class D felony, and drug-related charges for an incident that occurred on May 23rd in Adair County.
