Wednesday, October 7th

5:42am: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on U Avenue near 185th Street. Joshua Turner 38 of Jefferson struck a deer with a 2003 Chevrolet K2500 HD causing and estimated 3,500 dollars damage.

6:30am: The Sheriff and deputies investigated a trespass complaint in the 800 block of 190th Street.

8:40am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a medical call in the 600 block of South Oak Street.

3:27pm: A deputy and the Jefferson Fire Department responded to a field fire in the 1800 block of 195th Street.

3:42pm: A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint on 185th Street and A Avenue.

7:04pm: A deputy investigated a trespass complaint in the 900 block of Linn Street, Scranton.

10:10pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 500 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

10:22pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 900 block of Main Street, Scranton.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
