Tuesday, October 6th

3:00pm: Nathaniel Aldrich 32 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for driving while barred.

3:17pm: A deputy investigated a phone scam in the 500 block of Head Street, Churdan.

5:03pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of a vehicle taking republican signs out of yards in Dana. Mandy Ivy 50 of Missouri was stopped and admitted to taking the signs down and throwing them in the yard. She was cited for trespass.

6:32pm: A deputy assisted the Perry Police Department with trying to locate a stolen dog in the 2400 block of 337th Street.

9:16pm: A deputy investigated suspicious activity at the Churdan City park.

11:55pm: John Reed 37 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for operating while under the influence 2nd offense.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
