The Perry City Council will discuss the sale of public property during their regular meeting Monday.

The meeting will start with a public hearing on the sale of public property. The hearing is for the sale of lot five of the bluejay addition. The Council will then review a resolution on the topic. There will also be a public hearing on proposed contract documents. The Council will also discuss the Perry Public Library renovation project and possibly take action on a change order and pay application for the project. Other items on the agenda include a certificate of completion for the McCreary Community Center project, setting public hearing for local grant contracts, and resolutions for area pet rescue facilities.

Masks are required for those who plan on attending. The meeting will start at 6 p.m. Monday in the Towncraft Building in downtown Perry.
