Those interested in applying for the new Modernization and Protection Grant can now apply online. 

The Perry Chamber of Commerce, Perry Economic Development, and the City of Perry have developed the new Modernization and Protection Grant in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Perry Chamber Director Lynsi Pasutti tells Raccoon Valley Radio the motivation for this stems from the many state and federal programs focusing on recovering losses from the recent closures.

Grants of $1,500 to $7,500 will be awarded. Pasutti says the range of projects that they’ll consider is relatively wide to maximize the potential of the grant. You can find the link to the new webpage here. Business owners interested in applying can reach out to the Chamber office at (515) 465-4601.
