A beaten up, tattered, and torn Dallas Center-Grimes Football team received all it could handle on Friday night from the ADM Tigers.  DC-G is down Senior Quarterback, Ty Walker for the season.  Leading rusher, Zach Brand went down early in the game, so the Mustangs called upon unlikely heroes to keep its perfect record in tact.

The Mustangs were able to slide past ADM 16-14.  DC-G was down by a point with just 3 minutes to play, but an impressive final drive down the field lead by Quarterback, Huston Halverson gave DC-G one final opportunity to take the lead with under one minute to play.  125-pound, Freshman Kicker, Ben Jackson was called on to attempt the go-ahead field goal.  Jackson booted the ball through the upright to give the Mustangs the lead for good.

DC-G is now 5-0 on the season and will prepare to face Winterset on the road next Friday in the regular season finale.
