A Redfield man was recently sentenced in Adair County for a felony burglary incident.

Court documents show that through a plea agreement, 25-year-old Cody Alan Brommel was convicted of charges on assault, trespassing, and disorderly conduct, all simple misdemeanors. Brommel must pay $400 in fines with 15% statutory surcharges, court costs, and restitution. Brommel was originally charged with a class D felony for third degree burglary for a May 17th incident in which he entered the victim’s residence in the 600 block of Southwest 7th Street in Stuart without permission, and assaulted one of the occupants.
