The Perry School Board approved the sale of a District-owned property during their special meeting Monday.

The Board held a public hearing, received bids, and approved the sale of a property located at 2114 Otley Avenue in Perry for $120,000. The Board also approved a memorandum of understanding between Al Exito and the Perry Community School District. Al Exito provides support services at Perry Middle School and Perry High School, focusing on building leadership skills, civic engagement, and career development.  The Board then accepted a $100,000 donation for the addition of a mini soccer pitch at Perry Elementary School from Kick It Foward.
