The Stuart City Council will be holding a special meeting Monday night.

The Council will discuss a nuisance violation, and then hold a public hearing on a resolution to enter into a general obligation refund loan agreement to combine loan agreements and set the date for sale of taxable general obligation annual appropriation corporate purpose and refunding bonds. Finally, the Council will discuss and consider action on holding beggars night this year.
