Greene County has surpassed 100 positive COVID-19 cases.

According to the state dashboard, as of Sunday, Greene County has 101 positive cases, two more than Thursday. They’re also reporting 53 recoveries and zero deaths. Greene County is at a 5.5% 14-day positive average. Dallas County added 44 new cases, increasing their total to 2,799. They also have 2,344 individuals that have recovered and 38 deaths. Dallas County is at a 6% 14-day positive average. 

According to the Guthrie and Adair County dashboard as of Sunday, Guthrie County added 12 new cases since Thursday for a total of 243, with 166 recoveries and seven deaths. Guthrie County is reporting a 10.3% positivity rate. Adair County had three new positive cases since Thursday, increasing their total to 70, with 48 recoveries and one death. Adair County is reporting a 6.4% 14-day positive average.

Statewide, there are a total of 86,592 cases, with 65,905 recoveries and 1,315 deaths. Of the 784,604 people that have been tested, 696,457 were negative, an 11% positivity rate.

Additionally, in Region 1 of the Regional Medical Coordination Centers Hospital Data – which includes all of the Raccoon Valley Radio listening area – there are currently 81 hospitalized patients, 22 in Intensive Care Units, and 10 admitted in the last 24 hours.
