West Central Valley Wildcat cross country will be racing on both the boys and girls sides today, with a fun race up at Lake Panorama Par 3 course in Panora. The Wildcats had a race cancelled late week due to rain in Central Iowa, and this should be a tremendous race and experience for the Wildcats with twenty four schools that will be racing including the Wildcats.

Head coach Dave Hammond will be hoping that the runners can improve their times from their first races of the season, will clearly need to get a good jump off of the gun with so many runners, and understand that finishing strong will be important to posting their best time possible.

There will be multiple races throughout the late afternoon time frame today in what should be excellent running conditions, as the Wildcats hope to compete well in Panora.
