A patching project that will require lane closures on Highway 144 in Perry will begin Monday.

According to the Iowa Department of Transportation, crews will be patching and repairing pavement on Highway 144 between Highway 141 and North Street. This will require daytime lane closures beginning on Monday with the project expected to be completed in October, weather permitting. Flaggers will be directing traffic throughout the project.
